Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Nope! We take care of cleaning and sanitizing all items before and after every rental. Just enjoy your event and leave the cleanup to us.

How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better—especially for weekends and holidays. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to lock in your date and items.

What if it rains?
We understand weather can be unpredictable. We offer flexible rain policies, and in most cases, you can reschedule your rental with no extra fee if bad weather hits.

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a $100 minimum order for local deliveries, but we do have a small delivery fee for areas outside our free zone. Just ask, and we’ll give you an exact quote.

How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 8 hours. Want to keep the items overnight? You can do that for just 20% more.

What kind of events do you serve?
We serve all kinds of parties—from birthdays, weddings, baby showers, school field days, and corporate events to festivals, church picnics, and everything in between.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your event for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may be eligible for a credit toward a future rental.
